ABOUT US
Rosslyn Hub forms a part of the Rosslyn Development node which is located in the Western Rosslyn, City of Tshwane. Rosslyn Hub is envisaged as a mixed use development covering 100ha of land forming part of Tshwane Automotive City (“TAC”) which is a joint project between the City of Tshwane and the Gauteng Provincial Government. It will integrate retail, residential, hospital, industrial, solar and logististics nodes, and, in future, a hotel & conference centre.
According to the Automotive Industry Development Centre, the TAC will be Africa’s first and largest automotive city.It is expected that R500bn will be invested over a 50-year period with the aim of making the TAC an Automotive Capital for vehicle manufacture to rival similar concepts in China, Japan and Germany. The largest part of the TAC is located in Rosslyn, around Nissan, BMW, IVECO and TATA and there is a significant section in Silverton, which includes the TASEZ (Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone) around Ford.

Rosslyn Hub Development Company has a vision to be a benchmark mixed use developer, whilst contributing to the growth of the Automotive Sector with the objective of being a major creator of new businesses and contributor to employment, transformation and socio-economic development.
