Company Background

The Company was established in 2002 when a 140-ha land parcel was acquired for purposes of operating a small quarry and developing the remaining +- 135 ha into a mixed development.

In the +15 years that the company has been trading, it has rezoned the property and has installed bulk services, including roads, water, electricity, and sewer. In addition to that, it has previously sold a 40-ha land parcel to Cosmopolitan Housing for the purposes of developing 1100 houses (completed) and a few years later, a Spark Rosslyn Hub Primary School was opened.

In 2012 the company was approached by the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC), to re-design the remaining 100ha of land in-line with a Master Plan being developed for the Tshwane Automotive City (TAC). Africa’s first Automotive City. The company agreed to this and appointed Boogertman & Partners to do a revised Precinct plan for the entire 100-ha Rosslyn Hub Development. This was completed in 2019 following which the development applications were approved by the City of Tshwane between 2019 and 2020.

  • 1100 houses have already been completed and 1180 new apartments;

  • truck staging area and truck stop motor showrooms and motor retail
  • a hospital and clinic
